Easy and Eggless Pancake Recipe for a Quick Brunch

Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Make dry mix

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon for the dry mixture.

Make wet mix

Make wet mix Combine almond milk, oil, vanilla, and applesauce for the wet mixture.

Combine wet and dry mix

Combine wet and dry mixtures. Avoid overmixing.

Fold in chocolate chips

Fold in chocolate chips, dry fruits, chopped nuts, or any other ingredient you like.

Heat a skillet

Heat a skillet and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Ladle batter on a heated pan and cook until bubbles form.

Flip the pancake

Flip it to cook on the other side until golden brown.

Make remaining pancakes

Repeat the process to make the remaining pancakes, and once done, serve them with maple syrup, honey, or chocolate sauce drizzle. Garnish with nuts or fruits.
