1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the batter by mixing flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a different bowl, combine milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Combine both wet and dry mixes and stir well.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with butter. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Once bubbles start forming and the edges look nicely cooked, flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
Remove from the pan and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
Stack up the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup, whipped cream, and fresh fruits for garnish.
