1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup milk (any type)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Whisk together the egg, milk, and honey in a bowl.
Blend in baking powder and whole wheat flour until well combined.
A nonstick pan should be heated to medium heat. To make pancakes, pour a small amount of batter. Cook until bubbles appear, then turn and continue cooking until the food turns golden brown.
To assemble, allow the pancakes to cool somewhat before placing your preferred filling between two of them, such as berries and Greek yogurt.
