Easy Eggless Suji Cake Recipe For Beginners

Ingredients

1 cup fine suji (semolina)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Warm Up The Oven And Soak Suji

Preheat the oven to 180°C
or 350°F.
Combine yogurt and suji
then set aside for 20 minutes.

Prepare Batter

Mix the soaked suji with sugar
oil
milk
vanilla
baking powder
baking soda
and salt.
Blend until well combined.

Bake The Cake

Once a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean
bake it for 25 to 30 minutes on a pan that has been buttered.

Serve

After allowing it to cool
cut and savor your eggless suji cake.
