1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh key lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Take a spoonful and press it into the bottom of the serving glass to make an even layer.
Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl. Fold in whipped cream to make a fluffy mixture.
Spoon key lime pie filling on cracker base, layer the cracker crumbs, and continue layering cream and crackers until glass is full. Top with the cream.
Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with lime zest. Chill before serving.
