1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, divided use
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Whisk it well.
Pour this wet mix on the dry mix and whisk until well combined, avoiding overmixing.
Melt ½ tablespoons of butter in a skillet on medium-low heat. Add ¼ cup of pancake batter to a heated pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
Flip the pancake to cook on the other side. Once golden brown, remove the pancake and repeat the same with the rest of the batter.
Once all pancakes are made, serve them by stacking them on top of one another and garnishing them with maple syrup and fresh berries.
