2 cups ripe mango puree
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Mango puree, heavy cream, sugar, milk, and lemon juice should all be combined in a bowl.
Keep the mixture chilled for one to two hours.
As directed by the manufacturer, pour into an ice cream machine and churn.
After moving to a container, freeze for two to three hours to solidify.
