2 tablespoons falooda sev
1 tablespoon basil seeds (sabja)
2 cups chilled milk
50 grams chocolate (melted)
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon sugar
Boil falooda sev. Drain and rinse with cold water. Keep aside.
Soak sabja in warm water for 10 minutes.
Mix chilled milk with melted chocolate and sugar. Mix well.
Take tall serving glasses. Add a layer of sabja topped with cooked falooda and chocolate milk poured halfway full.
Top falooda with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
