3 ripe pears
1 cup dark or milk chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup chopped nuts
¼ cup white chocolate
6 wooden skewers or lollipop sticks
Slice pears into wedges and skewer it on top of each piece.
Take chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Melt it on stovetop using double boiler method.
Dip pears into melted chocolate, coat entirely and drip off excess. Sprinkle with nuts and shredded coconut and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Drizzle with white chocolate and serve.
