2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ghee
A pinch of salt
Water for kneading
1/2 cup milk chocolate
1/4 cup tutti frutti
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Ghee or oil for frying
Combine flour, a pinch of salt, and melted ghee to make a crumbly mixture. Add water gradually and knead to a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest.
Melt milk chocolate in a saucepan and add condensed milk. Stir then add tutti fruity and chopped nuts. Let mixture cool.
Make small balls with dough. Roll into circular sheets, add filling, then seal to make half-moon shape.
Fry gujiyas in hot ghee until golden brown then remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Garnish and serve.
