1 cup khoya
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Heat ghee in a pan and add grated khoya. Cook for 2-3 minutes until soft and melted.
Add ½ cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Add cardamom powder for flavor and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add chopped pistachios and mix well until well distributed. Let the mixture cool.
Once cool enough to handle, make small pedas with the mixture and garnish with pistachios.
