1 cup khoya, crumbled
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp ghee
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
1 tbsp milk
Heat ghee in a pan and roast pistachios for 2 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan and cook khoya in it for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Stir well and add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes until mixture is thick.
Add cardamom powder and pistachios. Mix well and add 1 tbsp milk to smoothen the consistency.
Once mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into pedas with greased hands. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
