1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Prepare by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line the fudge tin with parchment paper.
Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a bowl to make a well-combined mixture. Add the eggs one by one, mix well and add vanilla extract.
In a different bowl, add gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Now gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine it well.
Fold in the chocolate chips in the batter and pour the batter into the baking tin spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
Bake the mixture in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Once done, remove from oven, allow it to cool and cut out into even squares.
Serve the chocolate brownies with chocolate glaze or with your favourite dips or sauce.
