1/2 cup butter or dairy-free butter
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and butter spray.
Melt butter and ½ cup chocolate chips in a small pan. Meanwhile, mix eggs and sugar and mix until it gets a frothy consistency.
Now add melted butter and chocolate along with vanilla to the egg mixture and combine well.
Add almond flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Then add the chocolate mix to it. Add the other half cup of chocolate if you want it extra chocolatey.
Pour the batter into the lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until the toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Take the pan out, let it cool, slice it up and serve.
