1 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup organic jaggery
1 tbsp ghee (for binding)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Dry roast sesame seeds until its aromatic and starts popping.
Melt jaggery with some water and put on low heat until it becomes a thick syrup.
Add in roasted sesame seeds, cardamom powder, and jaggery.
While its still warm, roll the ladoos. For ease, grease hands with ghee.
