1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
⅓ cup sour cream or yogurt
½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
grease and line a 9-inch heart-shaped cake pan.
Combine flour
baking powder
baking soda
and salt in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar in another bowl until fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one by one and mix until combined.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Combine wet and dry mix and add milk and sour cream.
Fold in some sprinkles and pour the batter into the cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes and check doneness with a toothpick.
Take out the cake and let it cool.
Coat the cake with buttercream frosting and decorate with sprinkles.
