2 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp kiwi puree for green
Bananas or apples for white
2-3 tbsp orange juice and orange for saffron
Combine whipped cream, condensed milk and vanilla. Divide into three parts.
Mix one part with kiwi puree, one with diced bananas and apples, and one with oranges and orange juice.
Arrange the three portions in layer in glasses or trifle jars in trifolor format.
Garnish with fresh herbs and chill before serving.
