100g Bournville dark chocolate (chopped)
100g unsalted butter
2 eggs + 2 yolks
50g powdered sugar
30g all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Before baking, oil four ramekins and preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter and dark chocolate should be melted until smooth. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until foamy and light.
Mix the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and carefully fold in the flour.
After pouring the mixture into the ramekins, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the middle is still mushy but the borders are firm.
To create the illusion of molten lava, invert the cakes onto plates and serve right away.
