How To Make A Healthy Dark Chocolate Bark For Snacking

Ingredients

200 g Bournville Dark chocolate, 70%
50 g nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
20 g seeds (pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, etc.)
20 g dried fruits (cranberries, apricots, etc.)
Coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Melt Chocolate

Break chocolate into pieces and melt with the double-boiler method.

Spread And Add Toppings

Add nuts, seeds, and spices, mix well, and spread on a greased tray. Top with coconut flakes.

Chill And Break

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until solid, then take out and break into bite-sized pieces.
