2 packages (400g) of tea biscuits
2 cups (480ml) of whole milk
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
2 cups (480ml) of heavy cream
1 can (395g) of sweetened condensed milk
200g (7 oz) of semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
Combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate in a bowl and keep on medium heat. Stir to make a thick mixture.
Take another bowl and whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Mix milk and instant coffee powder, dip the biscuits in the mixture, and layer it in a serving dish.
Spread a layer of chocolate cream mixture on the biscuit layer. Add a layer of whipped cream to the chocolate layer.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients and chill them in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings and dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
