200g dark chocolate
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Melt chocolate with the double boiler method and heat milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until sugar dissolves.
Combine the melted chocolate and milk mixture along with heavy cream and vanilla. Mix well and chill.
Churn the mixture after chilling to make the texture light.
After churning, freeze ice cream and serve.
