How To Make Gur Ke Ladoo For Chhath Puja This Year

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur)
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Toast Wheat Flour

In a skillet, heat the ghee and toast the wheat flour over low heat until it becomes fragrant and golden.

Mix Ingredients

Stir in the cardamom powder and chopped nuts.

Stir In Grated Jaggery

Take off the stove, stir in the grated jaggery, and stir again.

Form Balls

While the mixture is still warm, form it into little ladoos.
