200g raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
250ml almond milk
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend vanilla, honey, and raspberries until smooth.
Stir the chia seeds into the almond milk and let it thicken for ten minutes.
Stir in the pureed raspberries and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Top with more raspberries or granola and serve cold.
