2 cups guava pulp (from ripe guavas)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
In a pan over medium heat, cook the guava pulp, stirring from time to time.
When the pulp begins to thicken, stir in the sugar and lemon juice. Cook it until the consistency thickens and becomes spreadable.
Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking sheet and level. Allow it to settle and cool for a few hours or perhaps overnight.
Once solid, divide into portions for serving or storing for later.
