1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Warm up the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a cake pan with oil.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
Pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla should all be combined smoothly in a different bowl. Fold in the dry ingredients little by little until well blended.
After filling the pan with batter, bake it for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Enjoy it alone or with cream cheese icing after letting it cool.
