½ cup Jaggery (grated)
¼ cup Grated Coconut
2 tbsp Ghee
½ tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Nuts (Cashews, Almonds)
1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
Dry roast chak-hao flour on low heat until it turns slightly dark and aromatic.
Add grated jaggery to a saucepan with some water and heat up to melt it. Strain to remove impurities.
Add ghee, grated coconut, cardamom powder, and sesame seeds to the jaggery syrup and mix.
Add roasted chak-hao flour gradually to the syrup and stir continuously to make a dough.
Let the dough cool down a little then shape into small balls. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
