2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ghee
A pinch of salt
Water for dough
1/2 cup milk chocolate
1/4 cup tutti frutti
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Combine flour, salt, and ghee in a bowl. Rub to make a crumbly texture. Add water gradually to make a soft dough. Cover and let rest.
Melt chocolate and add condensed milk. Mix well then turn off heat. Once mixture is cooled enough, add tutti frutti.
Make small balls with dough. Roll into sheets and add filling. Fold the sheet and seal to make half-moon shape.
Fry gujiyas in ghee or oil until golden. Remove from oil and drain the excess. Let cool slightly then serve.
