100 g mango puree
100 g plain yogurt
100 g kiwi puree
150 ml unsweetened heavy cream
Stevia or honey (optional)
Heavy cream should be whipped until firm peaks appear.
Separate into three bowls and combine with kiwi, yogurt, and mango puree.
If necessary, add stevia for sweetness. In glasses, layer the mango, yogurt, and kiwi mixes.
Serve cold after one hour of chilling.
