2 cups heavy cream
1 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp thandai powder
100 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts & rose petals
Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in condensed milk, thandai powder, cardamom powder, and cocoa powder.
Add melted dark chocolate and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into container, cover with a cling wrap and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Scoop the ice cream into bowls, top with nuts, rose petals, and chocolate drizzle.
