120g powdered sugar
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
To get rid of any lumps, sift the powdered sugar into a bowl.
Mix the powdered sugar with freshly squeezed lemon juice and, if using, lemon zest.
Mix the ingredients until they are well blended and smooth.
Drizzle over your baked items after adjusting thickness with additional sugar or lemon juice.
