How To Make Vrat-Friendly Besan Ladoo For Navratri

Ingredients

2 cups Besan
1/2 cup Ghee
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Chopped nuts

Roast Besan

Heat ghee in a pan and add besan. Roast besan until golden brown and aromatic.

Add Nuts

Once besan is roasted, add chopped almond, cashews and walnuts. Continue roasting for 2-3 minutes.

Cool the mixture

Turn ifd the heat and allow mixture to cool enough to handle.

Add Sugar and Cardamom

Add powdered sugar and cardamom to besan and mix well.

Shape Laddoos

Once mixed, bind the laddoos with your palms. Garnish and serve laddoos.
