1 cup sugar
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups whole milk
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat sugar in a saucepan and stir constantly until it melts. Let it cook until it turns deep amber in color.
After making the caramel, quickly pour it into a bundt cake pan and evenly coat the bottom. Let the caramel harden
Combine condensed milk, whole milk, eggs, and vanilla and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended flan mixture into the caramel-coated bundt pan.
Place the pan in a large baking dish and fill the dish with hot water. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Take out the baked flan and refrigerate for 4 hours. Unmold it after setting it and slice it up for serving.
