1/2 cup butter (115g)
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (30g)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
200g cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Gease and line baking pan.
Melt butter then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Combine softened cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour batter into lined pan. Drop cream cheese and make swirl pattern with toothpick.
Bake the brownies. Once done, cool off and slice into cubes.
