1 ½ cups crushed digestive biscuits
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups cream cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt or curd
¾ cup mango puree
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill to set.
Beat cream cheese and add Greek yogurt, mango puree, sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix to make fluffy mixture.
Pour filling over the chilled crust. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Slice mango lassi cheesecake and serve with whipped cream topping.
