Crust: 200 g crushed biscuits, 80 g melted butter Base: 500 g cream cheese, 200 g melted dark chocolate, 150 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla Ganache: 200 g dark chocolate, 100 ml cream Mousse: 200 ml cream, 100 g melted milk chocolate
Combine butter and biscuits, press into a pan, and then refrigerate.
Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, chocolate, and cream cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 160°C.
Heat cream, pour over chocolate, mix, and chill to make ganache.
Spread ganache over mousse, which is made by whipping cream and folding in melted chocolate.
Serve after 4 hours in the refrigerator.
