1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
2 large eggs
1 cup dairy-free milk
½ cup vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and eggs, milk, and oil in another bowl. Combine both mixes to make batter.
Fill the tin with batter and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool then coat with frosting. Serve it right away or chill.
