1 sheet puff pastry
2 pears, thinly sliced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
50 ml caramel sauce
Cut the puff pastry into circles, put them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and give them a little puncture with a fork.
Place thin slices of pear on each circle, slightly overlapping, and then equally scatter a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is crisp and golden.
For a decadent and eye-catching dessert, pour warm caramel sauce over the chilled tarts and serve right away.
