1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. ACV
200g dark chocolate
Mix water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Pour this onto the dry mix and combine well. Add apple cider vinegar and mix.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
Top the cake with melted chocolate and spread it evenly. The cake is ready.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line an 8-inch round cake pan. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to make the dry mix.
