Oreo biscuits
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
500 grams of cream cheese, softened
1 tin condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ lemon, juice
1 cup thickened cream with 35% milk fat
3 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Crush Oreo cookies in a bowl and add melted butter.
Mix well.
Then transfer it onto a lined heart-shaped cake pan.
Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
Combine cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl.
Add vanilla extract and lemon juice.
Whisk and beat until stiff peaks form.
Transfer the cream mixture onto the prepared Oreo crust
smoothen the top
and freeze for 3 hours or more.
Prepare chocolate frosting by combining cocoa powder
thickened cream
vanilla
and powdered sugar.
Beat well then add it to the top layer of cream cheese cake.
Refrigerate for 1 hour then slice and serve.
