200g Oreo cookies (crushed)
80g unsalted butter (melted)
250g creamy peanut butter
100g powdered sugar
120ml heavy cream
150g dark chocolate (melted)
Combine melted butter and crushed Oreos; press into a tart pan. Relax.
Beat 60ml of cream, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Cover the crust with it.
Pour the melted chocolate over the heated remaining cream and swirl until glossy.
Cover the peanut butter layer with chocolate. Let it cool for two hours. Cut into pieces and savor.
