1 ½ cups (135g) rolled oats
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup (120ml) honey
⅓ cup (80ml) melted butter
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (100g) finely chopped dark chocolate
Whisk rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Whisk honey, melted butter, egg, and vanilla separately. Add dry mixture into wet.
Chop Dairy Milk chocolate and fold into the batter.
Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet. Scoop the batter on it and shape to make cookies. Keep distance between each cookie.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Once baked, serve with coffee and enjoy.
