2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼+½ cup sugar
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
½ cup warm milk
¼ + ¼ cup butter
1 large egg
Orange Zest
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine milk, sugar, yeast and let sit. Add melted butter, egg, orange zest and flour then mix to make a dough. Let sit until doubled in size.
Mix softened butter, brown sugar cinnamon and orange zest for the filling.
Roll out the dough into a sheet then spread the filling. Cut it into thick pieces and arrange on a greased baking tray.
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Once appear golden, take them out.
Glaze the rolls with orange glaze and serve it warm.
