20 Oreo cookies
2 cups milk
¼ cup cornstarch
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup caramel sauce
1 tbsp butter
½ cup whipped cream
A pinch of salt
Heat milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir until thick and mix in vanilla and butter.
Crush Oreos into coarse crumbs and layer half of it in a serving dish.
Pour half of the pudding and drizzle caramel sauce. Repeat the layers and chill to set.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm. Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and caramel drizzle to serve.
