1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup melted butter
16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup pear chutney
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press it to the bottom of a lined baking dish and bake at 175°C for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to make a smooth filling. Pour it over the crust.
Spoon pear chutney on top of cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Give it a swirl with a toothpick.
Bake for 25-30 minutes then let cool. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours and cut into bars for bite-sized treats.
