2 cups freshly grated coconut
¾ cup condensed milk
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Heat ghee in a pan and roast coconut for 2-3 minutes.
Pour ¾ cup condensed milk and mix well. Stir for 5-7 minutes until mixture starts leaving the sides of pan. Add milk for softness.
Add cardamom powder and mix in chopped nuts.
Let mixture cool then shape into small balls. Roll in desiccated coconut and serve.
