1 small banana
2/3 cup dairy-free milk
2/3 cup oat flour
1 heaped scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mash the bananas with a fork and add it to the milk. Stir it well.
Add the remaining ingredients to the milk and banana mixture and whisk until well combined.
Heat one or two teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once it becomes sufficiently hot, pour the protein powder pancake batter into the pan.
Cook on low to medium heat and flip once the bubble starts to form on the surface. Cook until it becomes golden brown.
Do the same with the remaining batter until all the pancakes are ready. Once done, stack up the pancakes on a plate and add your favorite toppings.
