1 cup canned pumpkin
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
Take pumpkin, brown sugar, oi, and eggs in a bowl and whisk it well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour batter into lined pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes.
