Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
Heavy whipping cream (1 cup, chilled)
Powdered sugar (1/4 cup, sifted)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
Whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks appear. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese in batches and mix gently.
Pipe mousses into glasses. Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or fruit compote.
