200g dark chocolate
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Put broken pieces of dark chocolate in a bowl and microwave until melted. Stir in between to melt evenly and avoid burning.
Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until you see soft peaks.
Gently fold the melted chocolate into whipped cream. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Spoon the mousse into glasses and serve with chocolate shavings garnish.
