2 cups crushed Cadbury Oreo cookies 1/2 cup melted butter 300 g dark chocolate, finely chopped 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and combine well.
Press it on the bottom of a greased 8-inch cake pan and freeze.
Prepare the filling by mixing melted chocolate and hot cream. Add vanilla extract and butter and stir well.
Pour the filling into the frozen crust and set for 2 hours.
Remove the cake once set and top with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, and mint leaves.
